Friends,

There are still moments when the memories of what we lost catch us off guard. But with the waves of grief also comes the swell of gratitude. Because when we look back at one of the hardest chapters in Brother Wolf’s history, we also see some of the very best of humanity.

We see neighbors who showed up and helped us move 100 animals to safety in just two hours. We see fosters and businesses opening their doors, veterinary teams stepping in, donors giving, and people across the country sharing our story.

We see our staff continuing to show up for animals and for one another. They’ve transported animals, taken on new responsibilities, worked from temporary locations, assisted rural shelters, and changed plans again and again to keep finding ways to help animals, no matter what.

We wish our community had never experienced the loss that brought us here. But we will never forget what it showed us about this community’s heart.

After a long journey of searching, learning, and planning – we are ready to share the details of what comes next. To show you what all that love and support has made possible!

On October 22nd at Highland Brewing in Asheville, we’ll gather as a community and unveil the floor plans for Brother Wolf’s rebuilt Adoption Center for the very first time.

And we want you there. Not just because this is an exciting moment for Brother Wolf, but because this next chapter belongs to all of us.

You helped us get here. So come see what’s ahead. Come celebrate how far we’ve come. Come get excited with us about how many more animals we’ll be able to help together!

The event is free, unticketed, and open to everyone.

We cannot wait to finally share these detailed plans, look around the room at the people who made them possible, and say: Look what we’re building together!

Thank You To Our Sponsors!

It takes all of us working together to create a kinder world for animals. We’re incredibly grateful for our sponsors, donors, foster families, volunteers, adopters, staff, and community supporters who make Brother Wolf’s lifesaving work possible!
