Tadpole has been adopted!!
If you need a little joy today…it has arrived.
Tadpole’s new family was so excited to welcome him home that they were waiting outside at 6am — bundled up, smiling, kind, and absolutely beaming with love. From the very first moment, it was clear that this little pup was exactly where he was meant to be.
Some of you might remember their other Brother Wolf alum: Remy, a sweetheart tripod pittie they adopted in 2021. Well…Remy is officially a big sister now!!
Two dogs. Six legs. All the love!
Not long after heading home, Tadpole’s dad shared this with us:
“We had a nice walk and were stopped by dozens of people asking if this was Tadpole!”
Imagine that — a tiny pup who once fought for his life now being recognized on the street like a little hometown hero. Moments like this remind us just how deeply his story touched so many hearts.
As if Tadpole’s future could get any sweeter…his dad runs a summer camp for children with special needs, and if Tadpole decides camp is something he wants to attend, he’ll be joining his dad and Remy at work. We can already picture him trotting beside kids who could use a little extra light that day — spreading hope the way only a survivor can.
To everyone who donated, shared his story, held him close in your hearts, or sent a kind word during those terrifying early days — you helped save his life.
Because of you, Tadpole didn’t just survive.
He gets to grow up. He gets to be loved. He gets to live a great big, beautiful life.
