Pet Planning Workshop

Thousands of companion animals are euthanized in U.S. animal shelters each year simply because their human caregivers died or became ill and made no arrangements for the continuous care of their pets.

Attend the free Brother Wolf Animal Rescue 'Pet Planning Workshop' to learn:
• What you can do now to prepare for the unexpected
• The importance of selecting potential caregivers for your pets
• What to do if you have no one to designate as a potential caregiver for your pets
• Rights and responsibilities as a pet owner, and more!

Presented by Dennis Gibson, Attorney at Law. Call (828) 669-0375 for more information about the next scheduled class.

Get active for animals

Whether it’s an easy riverside stroll or an exciting hike to a spectacular mountain waterfall, Outward Hounds is a great way for you to check out some of our area's best easy-to-moderate trails, meet great people (or bring a friend or family member and catch up!), and give a shelter dog some fresh air, excitement, and exercise.

The club meets every Wednesday at 10am and Saturday and Sunday at 9am, at the Adoption Center. Popular trails include Rattlesnake Lodge, Bent Creek, Montreat, and Catawba Falls.
