Adopt a Pet
Our community adoption center, located at 31 Glendale Avenue in Asheville, is open seven days a week (Monday-Saturday from 8am-8pm, Sunday 8am-6pm) for you to visit with many cats and dogs looking for homes. Since many animals live in foster homes and not at the adoption center, please use the contact information below to ask about a specific pet.

- Outward Hounds Hiking Club to WWC River Trail. Meet at adoption center at 10am. Email volunteer@bwar.org for details.

Saturday, February 4th
- Outward Hounds Hiking Club to Carrier Park. Meet at adoption center at 9am. Email volunteer@bwar.org for details.
- Many cats and kittens, and some dogs and puppies for adoption at PetSmart, 150 Bleachery Blvd, Asheville, from 12-4pm.
- Dogs and puppies for adoption at Putts for Pets at Sweet Tee Mini Golf, 800 Brevard Rd (in the Biltmore Square Mall), Asheville, from 2-5pm.
