Daphne

Star was first picked up as a stray on the side of a very busy highway by a disabled woman. At 8 months, Star was still an energetic puppy, and a bit too much for her rescuer to manage. Brother Wolf Animal Rescue took in Star, and found she was a darling little girl, just full of puppy energy. Star loves to play, and especially loves to go swimming!

Star stayed with BWAR for some time, until one lucky day, when a woman came in looking for a companion for her dog Neiko. She just fell in love with Star. And as you can see by these photos, Neiko has fallen in love with her as well. Star's new name is Daphne, and she is so happy with her new family!

Daphne's new owner wrote to us recently to tell us how happy she and Neiko are with the new addition to their family, and to send us these great photos. And BWAR is always thrilled to share another Happy Tail! Thanks Sarah, for giving Daphne a happy forever home!
